What was forecasted for a wet rainy day turned out to be a beautiful Sunday on Lake Hartwell for the final Lake Hartwell 5 Alive Fall Series Tournament for 2022. Congratulations to Lane Clark and Hunter Bond on the win with a whopping bag of 5 fish weighing 19.13 pounds. Parker Guy and Jason Campbell was right behind them with a nice 18.70 bag and Sean Clayton and Tommy Stacy
brought a 17.39 pound bag in for third place. Roger Hughes had big fish with a 5.29 pounder.
We had 41 boats that weighed in159 fish for a total of 395.36 pounds.
Today's tournament was the last Fall Series so we crowned a new Team of the Year. We actually had a tie in this trail between Tyler Campbell and Joe Mitchell and the team of Derek Lehtonen and Roger Hughes. The tie was broken with the total weight of all 5 tournaments added together. Derek Lehtonen and Roger Hughes got the title with a total of 91.53 pounds edging out Tyler Campbell and Joe Mitchell who had 87.88 pounds.
